The perfect space for your next session, workshop or group meeting - located in East Wash Park in Denver!
I’m so excited to be able to offer fellow photographers a new studio rental in the heart of Wash Park! The studio has plenty of natural light (for morning sessions), multiple backdrop options, plenty of wraps and blankets, multiple seating options for differing party sizes, two nugget comfort couches that can be stacked for newborn and more casual sessions, a posing bean bag with posing pillows, a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge and snacks. Also included is a studio wardrobe (for maternity and newborn clients), a changing room, powder room access and a rolling stand and 7’ parabolic umbrella if you would like to bring your own lighting equipment or use the Westcott FJ400 light with universal trigger.
RENTAL TIMES ARE AVAILABLE STARTING IN MARCH 2023 - reach out to inquire about renting! Hourly rentals are $65 for 1 hour with a discount for a multi-hour sessions or rentals per month. A certificate of insurance must be provided at the time of booking.
FOR DENVER-AREA PHOTOGRAPHERS
This space works perfectly for small classes and workshops, client meetings and for Mom’s groups, breastfeeding groups and newborn- 6 month play groups who want to meet somewhere other than a public space or someone’s house.
The studio has plenty of seating options (benches, fold-up chairs, two nugget comfort couches or floor seating (if you’d prefer that), a small changing station, a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge, snacks and powder room access.
RENTAL TIMES ARE AVAILABLE STARTING IN MARCH 2023 - reach out to inquire about renting! Hourly rentals for health and wellness practitioners start at $25 per weekday hour and $45 per weekend hour. A certificate of insurance must be provided at the time of booking or individual contracts must be signed (for group meetings only).
